Human Review Required: You agree to review, edit, and verify all AI-generated emails, text messages, listing descriptions, and marketing materials before they are sent to your clients or published.

Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content generated complies with Real Estate laws, Fair Housing Acts, and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to provide the data (including lead data) you upload to our system.

You will comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA (regarding automated texting) and CAN-SPAM (regarding emailing).

You will not use the Service to generate discriminatory, illegal, or offensive content.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform: We own all rights, title, and interest in the Agentic Realty Ops platform, code, and proprietary workflows.

User Content: You retain ownership of the data you input (e.g., your lead lists).

Generated Output: Upon payment, you own the rights to the specific content generated for you by the Service, subject to the rights of third-party AI model providers.

6. Payment and Subscription

Fees: Services are billed on a [Monthly/Annual] basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Access remains until the end of the billing cycle.
